Drawing night at Miker's

For the second week in a row, we will be drawing at Mike's house. Most of the info is the same:
Locaton: Mike's House
Time: 8:00 - 10:00 or maybe 10:30

Model fee: $5 per person.
Bring a snack or beverage! Some suggestions: fruit, pudding cups, Sodie Water, chips, hummus, chitlins and/or grits!

I will be posting some more sketches from our sketch sessions tonight, so keep posted!

Feel free to bring friends, just know that space is where you can find it.

Hey everyone! A little change in plans for this week. We will be meeting at Mike's house to do a little figure drawing. A model has been hired and the living room is being reorganized to convert Mike's simple and humble abode into a full figure drawing studio. We will probably be taking a very long pose for most of the night, so come prepare with the proper mediums and supports!

Here's the skinny:

Thursday January 25th @ 8:00
Bring $4.00 for food and drinks (non alcoholic, cuz most of y'all are underage)
It might not hurt to bring a chair if you have one

Last Dance of 2006

Hey sketchers

Just wanted to give you all a heads up that this upcoming Thursday will be the final Thursday for our sketch session for 2006. I hope you will all be able to make it, considering most of you will just be finishing up final assignments and getting ready to pack it up and head home. I'll be a festive, joyous session, as we celebrate the end of nice phat year, and look forward to another, rewarding 2007! I'll bring some drawing games, and issue on 1 hour challenge. We'll drink cider and hot chocolate and have a good ol' bash!
